Ben Hill County Schools has partnered with Education Management & Staffing Solution (ESS), to manage our substitute programs.  A leader in K-12 staffing, ESS will be responsible for hiring, training, and placement of all daily and long-term substitutes.  (This incudes subs for classroom teachers, food service workers, nurses, clerical personnel, etc.)

FOR ALL CURRENT SUBSTITUTES: 
If you are currently a Substitute of the Ben Hill County School District and want to remain as a Substitute, you will need to attend one of the training sessions below with ESS:

• Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 9:00am-3:00pm at the Ben Hill County Board of Education 

NEW HIRE TRAINING FOR SUBSTITUTES: 
If you are interested in becoming a Substitute, please contact ESS.  The training for New Hires will be:  Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm at the Ben Hill County Board of Education.  All pending applications for Substitutes in the Frontline System have been given to ESS so they will contact the new applicants.

All training sessions will be held in the Professional Learning Room at 509 West Palm Street in Fitzgerald.
