Ben Hill County Board of Education voted to add an amendment to the BHCS Handbook to change the grading distribution scale for our students at FHSCCA and incorporate Work Ethic as a key component in a students grades. The Grading Scale will now be distributed: 50% Major, 30% Minor, 10% Work Ethic and 10% GMAS/Final. Work Ethic was also added as it aligns with our strategic plan, which involves the implementation of district-wide employability expectations and establishing standard guidelines.
