Hi! I am a Brunswick, GA native, but have spent the past 13 years in Jesup, GA, where I taught Middle Grades English/Language Arts for the past eight years. I have two children, but sadly I currently have no pets due to allergies. I am a SciFi geek and love going to the movies to see action, mystery, and of course SciFi films. I love to laugh and believe every single child is gifted with everything they will need to be successful in the world, and I love helping them discover their hidden talents. 

I currently teach American Literature and I am looking forward to this school year! I wholeheartedly believe that the person that says they don't enjoy reading has not found an author that he or she likes. I hope to help reluctant readers discover a love for reading.
