Welcome!

  • I'm so glad to begin the school year and see what 2017-18 holds for our students! I believe this will be the best school year ever, and I desire for students and parents to partner with me and my eighth grade team (8-1) in embracing the changes that are coming this school year! In addition to introducing the Academies (school within a school) concept, we will also be using Professional Learning Communities (PLC's) to better accommodate each student and thereby enhance student learning. Also, students will have one-to-one device access in their ELA and Science classes which should allow them more interactive and diverse opportunities to learn and demonstrate mastery! Apart, we can do so little; together we can do so much! Let's have an awesome year!
