Miss Melissa Daughtry graduated from Cook High School in the year 2015. Soon after high school she attended Troy University where she received a Bachelors degree in Music Education. She is currently a k-2 music teacher at Ben Hill Primary School and will be assisting with the FHSCCA Marching Band. She has previously taught middle and high school, grades 6-12, at Marion County Middle/High School in Buena Vista, GA.

Miss Melissa Daughtry, soon-to-be Mrs. Bracewell, got engaged in June 2021 and will be married November 2022. She and her fiance, Shane, have 3 cats: Finn, Gideon, and Jace. In her spare time, Miss Daughtry enjoys playing her clarinet, racing at SGMP, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
