Welcome to my teacher page! I am really looking forward to teaching 6th grade science this year.
A few facts about me
I graduated from Valdosta State University and have been a teacher for six years. I have taught 6th grade science for three years, the last two at Ben Hill Middle School. Even though it has been undervalued in today's tik-toking Facebook world, I still believe education is a key component for a child to reach their maximum potential.
I also sponsor two clubs at BHMS, a BBQ club (BBQology) and a club for fans of sneakers (Sneakerheads). I have been a licensed minister for over 20 years during which I've served as an evangelist, youth pastor and associate pastor. The love of my life, Kimberly, has been stuck with me for over 25 years now (she can't send me back because my warranty has already expired). We have one teenage son named Colby who is almost 16 whose job it is to help us realize how old we are.
