Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Tesha Alexander
Though not a native of Fitzgerald, I have lived here now for seventeen years. I am married to Christopher Alexander who teaches 8th grade ELA at BHMS, and we have four children who attend school in the Ben-Hill County school system. I am deeply invested into this community and committed to educating the students of this county.
I graduated from Valdosta State University in 2007 with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Special Education/ECE. Currently, I am attending Georgia Southern University and will graduate in May 2021 with a Master's of Art Degree in Elementary Education.
I've known since I was young child that teaching was my calling, and to have the opportunity to teach boys and girls in Ben-Hill County and to work along side of wonderful teachers and administrators is a fulfillment of that calling. As we continue to press forward into the 2019-2020 school year, I look forward to serving students, parents, and the community. Great things are happening in Ben-Hill County Schools!
