Dianne F. Lhotte

Dianne is a Georgia (USA) certified teacher in four subject fields. She teaches English, grades 6-12, including certification in Advanced Placement English Literature and Composition. She also has a degree and certification in Fine Arts, with a specialty in Ceramics, for Kindergarten through 12th grade. Her third field is Technology Education, with a Master's degree and certification in Occupational Studies, grades 6-12. Finally, she holds a TESOL certification, for Pre-Kindergarten aged students through adults. She is presently all-but-dissertation status on completing a doctoral degree in Distance Education, or Online Learning. She has over twenty years of experience in the classroom (USA and international: Morocco, Panama, and Khazakhstan), eight years of educational leadership experience,  plus grant writing, school accreditation team, conference and staff development presentation experience. She has coached and advised numerous student competitors to local, regional, state, and national standing, in multiple subject areas. She has developed curriculum currently in use in Georgia public schools that has been disseminated by the Georgia State Department of Education. 

Currently, she teaches the Engineering and Audio Visual Film Technology CTAE career pathways at FHS, and is the high school chapter advisor of the FHS Technology Student Association (TSA). See more about TSA on the Clubs and Organizations tab (above).
