Mrs. Marsha Stembridge

Marsha Stembridge graduated from Washington County High School in 1978. After marriage and children, she attended Mercer University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Marsha began her teaching career at Irwin County Elementary School in Second Grade. In 2000, she started teaching First Grade at Ben Hill Primary School. Marsha became the Media Specialist at Ben Hill Primary School in 2002 and earned her Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology-Library Media from Valdosta State University in 2003. Continuing her education, she earned her Specialist’s Degree in Instructional Technology from Valdosta State University in 2008.

In 2008, Marsha was named a Star Employee of the Year at Ben Hill Primary School and in 2009, she was named Teacher of the Year at BHP. Marsha is married to the Reverend Dr. Lloyd Stembridge who is pastor of the Arbor Baptist Church in Fitzgerald. They have two sons and three grandchildren. When school is not ‘in session’, the Stembridges enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
