Ms. Bowen is a graduate of Tift County Schools, and currently resides in Tifton, GA.  She has been in educatiion for 20 years.  She is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern University and received her BS in Behavior Disorders and Intellectual Disabilities.  She was President for the Council For Exceptional Children for the state of Georgia. Ms. Bowen enjoys spending time with her daughter and 5 animals.
