Hello! My name is Janice Green. I was born and raised in Fitzgerald, Georgia.  After graduating with a bachelor's degree from Valdosta State University, I returned to begin my career as a teacher in the Ben Hill County School System. I have been working at Ben Hill Elementary for over twenty years.  I have been blessed to work with third, fourth, and fifth graders during my teaching career. I currently teach third-grade math and science.  I have also received my master's degree from Georgia Southwestern University. I love working with children and strongly believe that children should be encouraged to express their learning in different ways.
