Mrs. Kelly Kight

Kelly Kight graduated from Tri-County High School in Buena Vista, GA in 1993. She graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and began working in Coffee County Schools. She taught first and second grade at West Green Elementary for two years. In 1999, she began working in Ben Hill County Schools. Kelly received a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University in 1999, also. She served as a second grade teacher at Ben Hill Primary School for 16 years. She received a Specialist Degree in Teacher Leadership from Georgia Southwestern State University in 2009. Kelly also completed her gifted endorsement in 2004 and ESOL endorsement in 2014. In 2015, she began serving as a resource teacher for gifted students, and also intervention students, where she currently serves. 

Kelly is a member of Arbor Baptist Church. She is married to Jeff and has two children, Kasey and Landon. She enjoys spending time with her family, travel ball with both of her children, and several other outdoor activities.
