Ms. Cynthia L. Hendrix
Cynthia has been employed with Ben Hill County Schools for 24 years. She is currently teaching in the Information Technology field and is the instructor for the Web and Digital Design pathway as well as Gaming and Animation Simulation and Computer Science pathways. Cynthia is also the facilitator for online learning programs such as Georgia Virtual School and Edgenuity. She has been serving as an Intervention facilitator and works with students in credit recovery classes. She is a Georgia (USA) certified instructor and has received the following degrees: M. Ed. Business Education, B.S. Administrative Services, A.A.S. in Information Processing, and is Computer Science and ESOL certified. Her hobbies include learning new software programs and learning Spanish.
Cynthia has been blessed to lead mission teams to Ecuador for more than 10 years. The teams under her leadership, travelled to the mountain and jungle regions of Ecuador in order to share the Gospel and lead people to Christ. The team mentored children in a local orphanage and also provided free medical services to the local population. She hopes to become a full-time missionary and live in Ecuador.
